| Getting
Ready for Winter |
| Get Ready for winter by cleaning or
replacing your filters once a month. As the air is drawn
into the furnace, the filter will remove dust and dirt. If
the filter is not replaces or cleaned, it will become
dirty, air flow will be restricted and the fan (which
blows warm air into your home) will have to work harder.
Eventually, this will cause premature failure of your fan
plus wear and tear on other parts of your furnace.
Replacing or washing your filter every month may seem
unnecessary now, but in the long run it will save you
money by avoiding unnecessary service calls.

| Prepare your
Fireplace |
| Prepare your fireplace for the
winter by having it thoroughly cleaned, and your Carbon
Monoxide Levels checked. The tubes leading to the air
intake can become blocked by spider webs hindering flame
coverage and efficiency.
Also, the venting should be
checked for blockages such as birds nests. Give us a call
to arrange for an inspection. We'll have your fireplace
operating at peak efficiency. (An inspection also includes
cleaning the glass).
