SECURITY
Annual inspections have proved to lower the need for unexpected service calls during the
season of use. In the event of a breakdown we will give you priority service from our expert
technicians. Your plan will renew automatically and we will notify you when it is time for
your annual inspection and cleaning. You are under no obligation to continue your plan and
may cancel at any time.
SAVINGS
Save money on operating costs by always having a clean and efficient system. Our technicians
are the experts who can advise you on the proper operation of your heating and cooling systems.
Should you need a repair, as a Preferred Protection Plan customer you will receive a 10%
discount off our standard flat rates for repairs.
Dunn Heating, Air conditioning and Fireplaces has been serving the Tri-Cities area since
1973. Our experienced Service Technicians are all TSSA certified and are constantly updated
in the latest technologies. Their vast knowledge is available to you to ensure your heating
and cooling equipment is operating at peak efficiency.
CONDITIONS
Dunn Heating Service Department will contact you during the coverage period to schedule
a maintenance inspection of your equipment near the beginning of the season of use. Dunn
Heating Service Department will respond as quickly as possible to all requests for service.
Dunn Heating carries a large inventory of replacement parts for most equipment on their
service trucks. In the event that a part is unavailable, we will attempt to obtain a replacement
part or an equivalent substitute as quickly as possible. In the unusual event that we cannot
provide a part replacement, Dunn Heating reserves the right to refund your entire fee for
that current year without notice or liability to Dunn Heating.
If you move, coverage for the balance of the term will remain with the equipment and is
automatically transferred to the new owner.
Plan holders will be charged at the maintenance rate for repairs, which is 10% off our normal
service rate according to our flat rate pricing guide. Replacement parts are under warranty
for one year from the date of replacement. Labour is under warranty for 90 days including
diagnostic charge.
