Had furnace installed last Friday by tanner and his crew, they were on time everything was cleaned up after job, highly recommend .

From top to bottom, the folks at Dunn did a magnificent job outfitting me with a new furnace. Henrik was able to revive my old one long enough to keep me from freezing (important!); Josh explained my options very clearly, giving me great advice about the best long-term solution for my home, and answering my questions with friendly enthusiasm; Tanner and Alai were willing to come to my place early on a Saturday, and thanks to their hard work the new furnace was up and running in less than 3 hours. The whole team was excellent--professional, courteous, skilled--and the price was very competitive. Dunn's the one!

Converted from a tank water heater to a tankless model. Dunn was easy to work with and the install went really well. The old tank was taken away and work site was neat and tidy.

Dave B, the repair technician, has a wealth of knowledge and was able to complete the repair. I've never needed a repair on my furnace or air conditioning system (10 years old now) so I was exploring building a relationship with a reputable local company. So far, they have met my expectations and beyond.

Dunn Heating came back on Friday to clean my ducts after my furnace and heat pump install a few months ago. Luis, Alai and Dale were on time, efficient and quick. They did a very thorough cleaning - the before and after pictures made me glad I had them back!
I just had a new York furnace and heat pump installed by Dunn Heating. Alex and his crew did a great job on the install! They installed the heat pump off my deck (where the AC had been) and into a much better spot beside my house and the thermostat to a far more convenient location. The whole team was very professional and cleaned up thoroughly after getting things set up and tested. I would highly recommend Dunn Heating and Air Conditioning.

We had no power to our furnace and a/c. Called Dunn around 1:00pm and they sent a service tech by 3:30pm - same day. Dave B was respectful of our home, knew exactly how to troubleshoot the problem and solve our issue. Very impressive service on a holiday long weekend. Thanks to Dave B and the Dunn team.

We scheduled our regular annual air conditioner inspection and Randy came by to do the job. Randy has been taking care of our furnace and air conditioner for years and he is always knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Randy and Dunn provide a service we can trust.

We have relied on Dave to service our old furnace for about 10 years and could always trust him to do a thorough job. His role is now in sales. He is very knowledgeable and conscientious so we felt confident with his advice on which furnace and a/c to purchase to best suit our home! Also the installers, Alex and Gagan, were a real pleasure to have here as they did a very professional job while being very courteous and thoughtful! I recently had a problem with my furnace and am absolutely thrilled with how I was serviced by both Mike and Dave in having it resolved. Dave’s technical expertise and attention to detail were reassuring in knowing that the problem would be reliably addressed. I’m also pleased with the extra care taken to inspect the entire HVAC system for other possible issues. I’m looking forward to years of reliable service from both my furnace and Dunns!

Emergency appointment, called a technician arrived quickly to assess. Needed a new furnace. Installers arrived on time on a Saturday, respectful of our home and kitties. Efficient, cleaned up after, made sure we knew how to connect the app and made sure everything was running correctly. Appreciated the install on a Saturday as it is to get cold overnight.
