Jermaine and his team from Dunn, including three students came to our house. He communicated very well explained exactly what he was doing and upon completion reviewed everything with me.
I was extremely pleased that Dunn has proactively hired young students to be trained and experience the Heating cooling industry. They certainly learned a lot with the removal of our aged equipment and installation of our new Heat pump.
I switched to Dunn from another company/supplier and I am extremely happy I did . So far they’ve been very professional and attentive to my concerns. Staff from the low pressure sales to the highly professional installation were amazing. We had fast responses to questions. The team were always courteous and friendly.
Even just dropping the cheque off and the friendly conversation with the folks in the office made the experience great. We did the heat pump, furnace and tank less water.

I am currently researching heat pumps and actively reviewing companies, their services and quotes. Darren E. from Dunn Heating was professional, highly informative, and was able to explain my options and how they would be of benefit and which choices in my situation would be optimal. Darren was sincere and helpful. I never felt pressured, only heard. Going forward I would trust Dunn heating for both their product warranty and service. Something I can’t say about other companies through direct past experience.
